This year is the 29th anniversary of Hong
Kong's return to the Motherland and the inaugural year of the National 15th
Five-Year Plan. I Ching classmates invited Prof. Pang’s (彭泓基教授) and Mrs. Pang to have dinner
on 1st July 2026. In the beginning, we took a group photo for
memory.

Don
and I brought Kweichow Moutai (貴州茅台); Partick and Keith brought
red wine. Keith's red wine is from 1997!
We enjoyed
both types of Moutai together.
The Chinese
birthday cakes were all very large.
We
enjoyed the gathering and celebrated this special day in Hong Kong.
