HKSQ 3rd Exco Online Meeting using Zoom

HKSQ 3^rd Exco Online Meeting was held on 23^rd May 2020.  It is our first time to perform Online HKSQ Exco Meeting using Zoom.  Overall, 14 exco & coopt members attended the meeting. We took a group photo in zoom environment for memory.

In the beginning, we used some time to wait for member entry.  

Then I shared the meeting minutes and discussed the coming issues.

Most members were attended and they could share their photo or camera for real time.

If the Covid-19 outbreak is not stopped, we will use online method to continuous our meeting.
