I Ching Class CNY Trip to Zhongshan (易經班新年中山之旅)

I Ching class arranged Chinese New Year Trip to Zhongshan (易經班新年中山之旅) from 21 to 23 Feb 2026. Kinsen Leung, Patrick Ng, Karen, Keith and Michelle with us went to Zhongshan by ferry. 

Day1:

We arrived Coco City for lunch.

Prof. Pang, Partick Lui, Unix and So Easy’s family had lunch together.

After lunch, we settle in the hotel first.

And than went to Prof. Pang’s home to pay Pickleball. Partick Lui is our trainer. First team is So Easy’s son (文龍) and daughter (文倩). 

Eva’s daughter (Dion), Minda and Patrick Ng are the second team.

Prof. Pang taught us the Pai Gow (牌九).

Finally, we played the Sic Bo (骰寶) (also known as Tai Sai (大細)).

Lastly, we had dinner in Zhongshan Sanxi Village (中山三溪村). Minda and I took a photo in front of lanterns.

We also shared our Dubai dates and chocolates.

Thanks Particks’ red wine.

We took a group photo with Prof. Pang, Mrs. Pang and his cousins. 

After dinner, we set off fireworks together.

I recorded big fireworks.

Minda and I took pictures of the fireworks in the sky.

We played very happy.

Kinsen lit the fireworks named “Peacock spreading its tail feathers” (孔雀開屏).

Day2:

In the second day, we went to VV Park for practicing Pickleball.

We split into different groups. Some of us participated in the competition.

After sport, we had lunch together and we ordered the big big Salty pancakes (咸煎餅).

Kinsen demonstrates how to cut it into small pieces.

After lunch, we were shopping in the mall near our hotel. We visited Xiaomi shop and tried the smart glasses.

Kinsen also tried it. Very Smart!

Then we also tried the Chinese/Thai style massage.

Patrick and I in the same room and watched “Back to the Past” (尋秦記) movie again.

We had dinner together and Kinsen showed “I Ching” logo in the group photo.

Patrick Lui brought the Century-old Hutu Wine (百年糊塗).

We had happy dinner that night.

When we went back to hotel, we saw a rabbit and a dog.

Day3:

In last day, some classmates played Pickleball again, some of them went to shopping, Kinsen, Keith, Michelle and us visited nursing home (retirement home) named “Sunrise Health & Senior Living”.

It is designed specifically for Hong Kong people and some Hong Kong TV stars supported.

The representative introduced the background and their service to us.

The map shows their surroundings.

Their company management team introduction was demonstrated.

We visited their 24-hour customer service center.

And then we visited the standard room and facilities.

Special need is also provided.

After that we had lunch together.

Cylinna and her friend Ms. Kwok from Zhongshan booked a large private room in the restaurant for us!

When we left, we met Prof. Pang and Mrs. Pang outside the restaurant again.

We took the ferry back to Hong Kong.

We were all very happy to be back in Hong Kong. It was a fantastic and rewarding trip!
