ANQ Congress 2012 - Banquet

After ANQ Congress 2012 Two days event, Keynote speakers and organizers took a photo in the HKUST for memory before go to the Banquet in YMCA Hotel on 2nd August 2012.

The Banquet would start at 6:30pm.

Before the program ran, Mr. Qi Weiming (Chairperson of ANQ; VP & Secretary General of CAQ), Prof. Fugee Tsung (Professor & Head of the Department of Industrial Engineering and Logistics Management (IELM) at HKUST) and I (Chairman of HKSQ) took a photo table to table. Head table was for all guests and ANQ Board members included Dr. Kano, Mr. Mehta, Dr. Yury Gosakov, Prof. Yung Ho SUH, etc.

Then we took a photo with Hong Kong and Trinidad.

CAQ had two tables and we took a photo.

After that HKSQ arranged some performances. It were performed by HKUST's students. The first performance was Magic. Prof. Yung Ho SUH and Dr Nigel Grigg were volunteers.

Two HKUST's students performed a dancing of China's ethnic minorities.

HKSQ sang two songs named "Light of Friendship" (In Cantonese dialect) "Kowloon Hong Kong" (In English).

Another dancing of China's ethnic minorities was showed.

Mr. Qi Weiming, Prof. Fugee Tsung and I toasted to all participants.

We prepared a birthday cake for ANQ Ten Years Old and invited Prof. Kano cut the cake together.

VQAH sang a song and they ceremony two of their members' birthday.

SQAT traditional dancing

IAQMA team sang a Kazakhstan song.

Then New Zealand and Australia

KSQM had a young boy and girls to dance the popular song in Korea.

CAQ invited HKSQ and CSQ to sing a song named "Great China".

ISQ sang a India song.

Minda and I invited Mr. M.F. Kavehpisheh from Iran to sing a song. Then he sang a birthday song to ANQ in Iranic language.

USA team sang a creative song with one sentence "Hong Kong, I love Hong Kong, Yes I do".

At the end, HKSQ invited all participants to sing "Light of Friendship" and we prepared a English pronounce words for them to sing this Cantonese Song.
