Since
Dr. Charles Lin (Chairman of Macau Quality Management Association (MQMA))
joined the 2017 Boao Youth Forum for Asia (博鰲亞洲青年論壇(香港)) which was held on 2nd
Nov at the Hong Kong Convention Centre, we have lunch meeting in Science
Park. We discussed how to collaborate
between Hong Kong Society for Quality (HKSQ) and MQMA, as well as form
strategic partner for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area (粵港澳大灣區) to promote quality and
innovation (especially the Extenics (可拓學)).
After lunch, we firstly visit HKSTP Data Studio. Dr. Lin and I took a photo in front of the Data
Studio brand.
Open
Data is one of the very core factors for developing Smart City in Hong Kong. HKSTP
launched the Data Studio to facilitate the development of Open Data and Big
Data which open to start-ups, innovation and technology companies, universities,
research institutes and other parties that are interested in data usages.
Mr. Andy Cho (Consultant, Radica) explained the data collection and usage to us.
One
of interested demonstrations is the criminal data around the Hong Kong. The frequency and related news were showed.
Then
we took a group photo for memory.
