I am great to meet Prof. Ka-Hing Wong (Director of
Research Institute for Future Food) in PolyU this afternoon. He is now servicing
in the new department named Food Science and Nutrition in PolyU. Our last cooperation
was in Hong Kong Science and Technology Park in 2017. We discussed how to promote
and implement the Food Hygiene Standard Certification System (FHSCS) in the Science
Park Food Court.
