The 2nd meeting of the
Innovation Alliance of the Extenics for “Extenics Innovation Method Training” was
organized by Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence on 5 Jun 2016. Participants were come from six areas of
China and we introduced ourselves first.
Firstly, Prof. Can Wen (The Director of
International Academy of Extenics (HK), The National Distinguished Experts of
China) briefed the purpose of this meeting and he said there were three key
items to be discussed. They were
Certification System, Online training and Train-the-Trainer’s workshop. Then Prof. Xingsen Li (VP of Management
School, Ningbo Institute of Technology, Zhejiang University) (Left 1) briefed
the meeting rules including based on four values that were “拓、嚴、謙、信” (Extension, Severe, Modest & Integrity).
The first speaker was Mr. Fu Dong (QZFM)
and his topic named “Recruitment Work of the Extenics Training”. His topic discussed “Trainer standards and
requirement”, “Recruitment of Trainer Channel”, “How to recruit them?” and “Their
Relationship Questions”. He expected the promotion would be performed in July
2016 and trained 100 trainer at the end of this year.
Prof. Xingsen Li (VP of Management
School, Ningbo Institute of Technology, Zhejiang University) was the second
speaker and his presentation entitled “Extenics Innovation Method – Training Material
Development”. He briefed the type and
level of the training materials. Types are separated into Train-the-Trainer, Occupation,
Industry and Specific Application.
Levels are Junior, Middle and Senior.
Then Prof. Li introduced online training
policy from government and MOOC.
Moreover, he proposed a development mechanism as follows:

High Principles: High Quality University, Trainer, Course, Platform and
Mechanism
l 4 Course-Sharing Mode: Freedom Learning, Course
Platform Sharing, Individual Content and Double Profession
l O2O
Unification: Online and Offline training and examination combinations.
Prof. Li mentioned the training material
development cooperation strategy and edit model. He expected Basic Theory and Method training
standards to be completed in July.
Train-the-Trainer material draft would be prepared in Aug. It expected
to be published in Sep. At the end,
Prof. Li introduced his new book named “Extenics Innovation Thinking and
Training”.
The third speaker
was Mr. Li Wen Guang (Shenzhen Micro I Technology Ltd.) and his presentation
topic was “Extenics Training Complementary Software and Online Training Platform”. Mr. Li also demonstrated his prototype apps
and requested experts to work with his team for accelerating the development
speed.
I was the fourth speaker and my topic
related to certification system.
I was mainly shared the HKSQ certification
program and its certification management system based on ISO 17024.
The structure of HKSQ accreditation
board and its roles & responsibilities were also mentioned. It aimed as benchmarking for the Innovation
Alliance of the Extenics to issue different level certificates. One of my duties was translated the system
from English to Chinese.
Then we had lunch together.
Afternoon session, we discussed the
financial arrangement and led by Mr. Fu Dong (QZFM) in which included trainer’s
training fee, certificated fee for trainer and student, etc.
After that we discussed promotion plan
both in China and aboard.
Finally we took a group photo for
memory.
