The International Academy for Quality (IAQ) is an independent, self-supported, non-profit, non-governmental organization that is administered by a collegial assembly of Academicians who have been elected by their peers from the most respected, active and experienced protagonists of quality in the world. IAQ annual meeting 2011 was held after ASQ World Conference on 19 May 2011.
HKSQ congratulated Dr. K S Chin, our former Chairman, was selected to be associate member of IAQ in 2011 in recognition of Dr. Chin’s significant contributions to quality. One of his signification contributions of quality was established the first BEng degree in Total Quality Engineering in Hong Kong since 2009.
During the IAQ meeting, many famous quality professionals were attended. It included Dr. H. James Harrington, Mr. Gregory H. Watson, Mr. Glenn Mazur, Mr. Bob King, Mr. Janak Mehta, … etc.
Because Dr. Chin was selected as associate member of IAQ, he prepared an introduction presentation of himself for IAQ professionals.
