We reached the ASQ World Conference on Quality and Improvement (WCQI) in Pittsbourgh on Saturday afternoon (14 May 2011 - USA). After hotel checked in, we visited the conference location in David L. Lawrence Convention Centre.

The conference advertisement was observed in many areas such as wall of building and bus stop station.
Then we visited to the Convention Centre Riverfront Plaza.
I took a photo when a ship passing the bridge. (Allegheny River)
A Limousine was observed and we took a photo for memory.
It was found that a bar inside the car. (The driver was so kind to fulfill our curiosity.)
When we walked around the city, we found that many interested building, sculpture and art.

One of interested things is many self-serve free magazine and newspaper boxes on the street. In Hong Kong, the free magazine box was also found but usually empty. Many free newspapers were distributed by person in the morning (rush hour).
It was very lucky to meet Karson Chui (Past Chairman of HKSQ) in Detroit Airport. We were from Hong Kong to Detroit and then transferred to Pittsburge.
