Dinner with Dr. KS Chin and Mrs. Chin 2026

 Minda and I had dinner with EngD supervisor Dr. KS Chin and Mrs. Chin on 25^th May 2026. We tasted the Hakka (客家) food this time.

I reserved two special foods that are Secret Recipe Stuffed Dace (秘製釀鯪魚) and Hometown Lu Goose (家鄉碌鵝).

The restaurant named Hakka Kitchen (客家人).

After dinner, we had dessert together.
