The TRIZ tools were developed based on in-depth analysis of millions past patents around the world. These tools would not provide direct answers to the problems; however, it could provide correct directions for further development. It triggers innovative solutions and create an innovative culture in the organization.
In the last session on 22 March 2014, I joined the morning part to encourage my teammates before their exam. I had attended the Level 1 exam in 2013 and nominated 9 colleague of HKSTPC to attend MA TRIZ Certification Level 1 in 2014. We formed a Technology Support Centre (TSC) TRIZ team to implement this technique.
We took a TSC group photo with the trainer Dr. Michael Li.
The whole class group photo was also taken.
