ASQ-China is going to host a top level national quality summit in China on 24-25 Mar 2011 with AQSIQ(General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China), Shenzhen Municipality, and Shenzhen Association of Quality. Hong Kong Society for Quality (HKSQ) is one of ASQ Worldpartner and supporting organization. Dr. K.S. Chin (ex-chairman of HKSQ) will be one of guest speakers to attend in this summit on behalf of HKSQ
After the Summit, Mr. Fred. Schenkelberg, Chair of ASQ’s Reliability Division, Ms. Lori Dellinger, ASQ Service Quality Division - Chair and Jan Peace,– Secretary will be in Hong Kong. HKSQ will arrange a gatherings with them for exchanging quality idea.
This year, ASQ celebrates 65 years of providing the insights, ideas, and tools to advance the global quality community. It will be ceremony in the World Conference on Quality and Improvement.
I attended the conference for the celebration of ASQ 60th anniversary in 2006 (Photo below).
I will attend the coming conference for ASQ 65th anniversary too.
