Leader 2030 Webinar – Motivational Strategy (II)

The Executive Study Group (ESG) webinar named “Leader 2030 – Motivational Strategy – The 10 Ways to Encourage Your Teams to Pursue Your Goals” (Part 4) was held by Asia Pacific Institute for Strategy Limited (APIFS) on 7^th Nov 2025. Firstly, Dr. Mark Lee reviewed the topic including “View of Human Natures”, “Hygiene Factors and Motivation Factors” and “10 Motivational Practice” again. 

Then Dr. Mark Lee reviewed Theory X and Theory Y as well as Hygiene and Motivation Factors. And then he started from item 8 to item 10.

He also compared the hygiene factors and motivation factors. Medecins Sans Frontieres Doctors Without Borders was quoted for motivator factors. 

In item 8 “Empower, Don’t Micromanage”, let people feeling they own what they do.

In item 9 “Hire Self-Motivated People”, Dr. Lee said supervisor is self-motivated and positive, he will influence his subordinary.

The last item 10 “Be a Good Boss”, because a bad manager can neutralize all positive factors of motivation.

Dr. Mark Lee told us the next topic would be “The Success Secret of Japan Richest Man from UNIQLO”.
