Visit to Huawei Huawei European Town and CNY Family Gathering in Guangzhou

From 2 to 3 Mar 2024, my family planned to visit Huawei European Town (Huawei Songshan Lake Xiliubeipo Village - 松山湖华为溪流背坡村) and then family CNY meeting in Guangzhou.  In the beginning, we booked a taxi to go the entry of the Huawei European Town (Zoom A) and we took a photo for memory.

Then the hotel sent a car to pick us up.

I took a selfie in the car and it felt very cold because of no doors.

Minda and I took a photo with old style car.

Lucy and mother took a photo in the lobby.

After checked in, we walked around and took a photo for the hotel named “The Amber Prime”. 

It is European style streets.

No other people in the street like Alice in Borderland (今際之國).

We then had lunch in Guzel Silk Road Cuisine.

It is middle east style food like Kazakhstan.

Very good BBQ meats!

Then we went to the famous library.

We arrived the library and took a group in front of the entre.

Inside was very beautiful!

It is circle, high ceiling with many books.

After that we walked around the region and found the slogan “No retreat is the road to victory” (沒有退路就是勝利之路).

We also saw Black Swan and took some photos with them.

And then we went to the Charles Bridge in the village. 

I selfie with mother and involved all members. Fai and Lucy had seeking restaurant for dinner.

When we walked across the bridge, many mathematicians and scientists’ sculptures were observed. I took Qian Xuesen family sculptures for memory.

The restaurant gave us a large room.

We took a photo in this luxurious room with a library photo in the background.

Then Minda and I went out to shoot night scenes.

The restaurant named “No.1 Lake View Restaurant”.

Finished the dinner, we went back to hotel and took some photo for library.

There are other buildings as well, which are amazing and beautiful.

Finally, we returned to the hotel room. The room was large and the facilities were very good. Moreover, Dyson hair dryer was provided!

In the next day morning, Minda and I went to Curitis Restaurant for breakfast.

The restaurant arranged a long table for my family.

After that we took a rental car to go to the temple for pay homage to grandparents. Uncle, aunt and mother took a photo for memory.

My family also took a group photo in front of the Taoism temple.

And then we all arrived the Panxi Restaurant (泮溪酒家) for Chinese New Year. All received red packets!

We toast to each other.

All cousins took a group photo.

My mother played with uncle and aunts. They keep themselves young forever (返老還童).

Lastly, my cousins let us to have ice-cream.

At the end, Fai and Lucy took a high-speed railway to Hong Kong.

Mother followed us to take high-speed train (和諧號) to go to Shenzhen and then back to Sheung Shui and Tuen Mun.
