This year (2007) I have joined the fifth ANQ Congress in Korea. My paper presented is "Quality Movement and Evolution in Hong Kong: A Critical Review". I have summaried the history of quality management evolution through a review of the development different quality organizations / associations (such as HKSQ and HKQAA) and differenct quality awards established in Hong Kong.
