During Chat Time, Allen Yeung (Chief Corporate Development Office, HKSTP) was moderator and guests included Mr. PC Chan (COO, HKQAA), Mr. Ricky Leung (GM, HK International Airport) and Mr. Andy C. Bien (CIO, HKIA; Hong Kong Computer Society). Allen Yeung introduced the cooperation with HKQAA and First@Airport. Mr. PC Chan briefed the concept of MOU between HKSTP & HKQAA to assist startup and form the recognition scheme for Quality Startup.
