Q-Mark 45th Anniversary Ceremony and STEM-Mark Certification Framework Release

I was honor to be invited by Ms. Clara Chan (Chairlady, Compliance Committee of FHKI) to attend the Q-Mark 45th Anniversary Ceremony and STEM-Mark Certification Framework Release on 16^th Jun 2023. Before ceremony, I meet Dr. Allen Shi and we are both member of CityU Eminence Society. 

And I took some photos with other friends for memory.

I met Ms. Clara Chan in the venue.

I also took a photo with Ir Dr. Eric Liu (Deputy Executive Director, VTC), Mr. Eugene Yeung (Partner, Tax, KPMG) and Mr. Eric Lam (Partner, International Tax & Transaction Services, EY).

In the beginning of ceremony, Mr. Anthony Lam (Executive Deputy Chairman, FHKI and Chairman, Hong Kong Q-Mark Council) gave welcome speech.

Then Ms. Clara Chan ((Executive Deputy Chairman, FHKI) gave opening remark.

Mr. Chan Kwok-ki (GBS, IDSM, JP, Chief Secretary for Administration, HKSAR) gave guest speech. 

After that they started the Q-Mark 45th Anniversary Ceremony.

Finally, Prof. Winco KC Yung introduced the framework development for the certification of STEM Products.

He briefed the procedure for the certification of STEM products through 5 steps and they were Submission, Checklist and Examination, Evaluation, Certification and Announcement & Grant. 

Then Prof. Yung mentioned 18 STEM products in the test bed which employed the framework and ranking. 

Lastly, a drum show was performed. We had a good dinner and performance.
