CityU Eminence Society –The 8th Executive Committee Meeting

 The 8th Executive Committee Meeting was held on 2^nd Nov 2020.  The purpose for this meeting was to update our M&A and to adopt the new format by merging the Memorandum part together with the Articles part so each company under the new Companies Ordinance required only to have a new set of Articles of Association (AoA) according to the new Companies Ordinance launched in 2013.  Firstly, Mr. Weeky Wong (Chairman, CES) gave welcome speech.

Then Mrs. Natalia Seng (Vice-Chairman, CES) introduced the amendment of AoA.

After the exco meeting, we took a photo for memory.  Under Covid-19 period, we followed the regulation that every table not more than six people.  We added a safety factor to arrange only 5 people per table.

During this period, Xavier reduced body weight for running and diet control. Wendy increased body weight because of pregnant.

Weeky and Robert discussed the football match and found that they were the same fans.
