I have joined the first ANQ Congress on Beijing, China in 2003. My paper presented is "What is the Meaning to Achieve ISO9001:2000 QMS under One-man Home Office Company".

In terms of Physics, all atomic magnetic dipole moments is aligned under magnetic field (H).

The domain approach is Top to Down Management and Interactive Knowledge Improvement Circle is Down to Top Management.

After the congress, we had gala dinner and performance.
