Prof. Liu Hong (中国人工智能学会副理事长,北京大学刘宏教授) gave guest speech. He congraduated the 40th anniversary of extenics and review the AI age development. He expected to enhance transformation and clearly definition. He concluded that Extenics needed instrumentalization such as employing GPT.
Mr. Fu Yongge (横琴粤澳深度合作区执行委员会符永革副主任) said that Hengqin Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone supported the diversification development of Macao's economy, and has unique advantages in the field of AI research. He expected that through this conference, the in-depth cooperation between Guangdong and Macao in Hengqin and the level of technological innovation would be further enhanced.
Mr. Xiong Jun (三一集团珠海公司总经理熊俊) stated that Sany's innovation is open innovation, which is called internal fission innovation. This is a very important platform for industrial and academic exchanges. Sany welcome the arrival of the era of artificial intelligence for the fourth industrial revolutions.
Prof. Florentin Smarandache (国际中智科学学会理事长,美国新墨西哥州立大学数学系原系主任Florentin Smarandache教授) remembered his study 3 month in China
with Prof. Cai Wen and then published a book named “Extenics in Higher
Dimensions”.
Mr. Tang Jianwei (广东工业大学机电学院唐建伟书记) gave speech and said that Extenics
is an original new discipline from our school. It is an interdisciplinary
subject of philosophy, mathematics and engineering. It had a very good guiding
role in solving major interdisciplinary contradictioin problems.
Prof. Liu Wei (大连海事大学刘巍教授) said handling contradictions and innovation is intelligent.
He believed that the intelligent age we live in calls for the development of
Extenics, and Extenics would surely become an important part of the field of
artificial intelligence science and technology.
Prof. Guo Chaoyun (中国管理科学研究院郭超云研究员) mentioned extenics’ leadership,
creativity, and practicality would surely play a positive role in promoting the
innovation and development of the world, and in promoting the innovation and
development of AI that made positive contributions.
Mr. Song Tao (澳门宋庆龄基金会宋涛主席) announced the official launch of the "Cloud Platform

cloud platform for national scientific quality improvement (郭爱克院士、符永革副主任、刘魁高级副总经理、刘巍教授、杨春燕教授、李兴森教授、郭超云研究员、宋涛主席、陈广城主席、顾新建教授等嘉宾一起登台,共同启动全民科学素质提升云平台).

Academician
Li Youping (中国工程院李幼平院士) was the first speaker and his topic named “4D Token Builds
a Scientific Bridge (四维通证(4D Token)架设科学桥梁)”. Firstly, Acn. Li explained Einstein's ideal system of
thought is to connect the observation and fact together in simple way.
Then he mentioned 4D Token elements included human-element,
matter-element, time-element, position-element and affair-element. In affair-element,
it employed UCL based on GB/T35304-2017.
Finally, he concluded that Extenics has found three social
functions of building a 4D Token to build a scientific bridge. The three social
functions are “Remind individuals of their lack of privacy”, “A social survey
of things and identities segregated” and “The cause and effect of all things
are becoming clearer”.
The second speaker was Academician Guo Aike (中国科学院郭爱克院士) and his presentation title was “ Brain
Intelligence and Artificial Intelligence Illuminate Each Other (大脑智慧与人工智能相互照亮)”. He reviewed the science and
technology from universal creation to life happen and then intelligence
evolution to AI.
And then he introduced human brain had 10 billion neurons and
100 trillion synapti that 10 times the entire galaxy connectioins. Totla length
of the brain nerve fibers is 180,000 km, around the earth 4 times. Finally, he
employed Chinese Tai Chi to conclude that everything is negative in yin and
embraces yang to promote harmony.
Prof. Han Yongsheng (中国科学院软件研究所韩永生教授) was the third speaker and his
presentation named “Accelerate the Establishment of Stable Competitiveness and Achieve
Sustainable Development of Enterprises (加速建立稳定性竞争力,实现企业可持续发展)”. In the beginning, Prof. Han said
the future competitive edge not depends on capital, technology or talent but
management.
He used different top companies to compare their performance
in stability and growth situation. Apple and Xiaomi mobile company had been
compared and Apple had much better in stability and growth trend.
The fourth speaker was Prof. Shi Yong (国科学院虚拟经济与数据科学研究中心主任石勇教授) and his presentation topic named “ The
Development and Future of the Digital Economy (数字经济的发展与未来)”. In the report of the 20th
Congress, digital China is involved. Digital economic included big data, intelligent
algorithm and computing platform.
Finally, Prof. Shi had six suggestions fro digital economic
and they were data opening and protection, big data training, stuck neck technology
support policy, unified citizen information system, society credit system, as
well as, striving for the right to speak in the digital world.
Prof. Yang Chunyan (广东工业大学可拓学与创新方法研究所荣誉所长杨春燕教授) was the fifth speaker and her topic entitled “The 40-year Development Journey and
Research Progress of Extenics (可拓学40年的发展历程及研究进展)”. Firstly, she briefed Extenics development history.
The 40 years development of Extenics had 4 stages. The first
stage is to propose concepts and ideas. The second stage is to establish
matter-element, extension set and extension method. The third stage is to establish
the theory of Extenics and method system, as well as, application research. The
forth stage is perfection of Extenics theoretical method system and application,
as well as, promotion.
After that Prof. Yang reviewed the Extenics research status with
40 years from theory to method and then to application.
Lastly, Prof. Yang mention Extenics’ Internationalization and
Socialization. She concluded that the extension intelligence is one of significant
research directions in the future.
The sixth speaker was Mr. Liu Kui (三一集团高级副总经理刘魁) and his presentation was “Artificial
Intelligence Promotes the High Quality Development of SANY Group (人工智能促进三一集团高质量发展)”. Mr. Liu briefed the development
history of Sany since 1989.
Then he introduced their intelligent enhancement achievements
to be smart company, smart manufacturing and smart product. In the future, they
would establish intelligent construction structure through AI, construction
scene and engineering machine, etc.
After that we had lunch as organizer arrangement, we tried a
plate of grilled fish. The fish surface was burning by customer themselve.
Afternoon Session
Prof. Wang
Guoyin (重庆邮电大学副校长王国胤教授) was the seventh speaker and his presentation title was “Intelligent Computing
Inspired by Multi-Granularity Cognition (多粒度认知启发的智能计算)”. Firstly, Prof. Wang briefed some contradiction problems related
human cognition and intelligent computing that Extenics could help to solve it.
Finally, he introduced different research topics on Health
Science Big Data Intelligent Analysis and Mining, as well as, critical
technology of multi-granularity cognition.
The eighth speaker was Ms. Liu Hui (广州可拓学信息科技有限公司刘惠董事长) and her topic entitled “Empowering
the Future, Extensible Intelligent (可拓学在智能建筑设计中的应用与实践)”. She mentioned that contradiction
happened anywhere in our life. Then she brifed outline of Action Plan for National Science
Literacy (全民科學素質行動規劃綱要).
After that she introduced the establishment of Extenics Scientific
Community.
At the end, Ms. Liu quoted Prof. Cai Wen statement that a new
discipline creates from one man but it needs many people known and work
together.
The nineth speaker was Prof. Zou Guangtian (哈尔滨工业大学建筑学院邹广天教授教授) and his title was “A Review of
Extension Architecture Research (可拓建筑学研究综述)”. Before the talk, Prof. Zou remembered Prof. Cai Wen and
shared his first connected to Extenics from the book Extension Strategy in
2002. He said Xiangshan Science Conference (2005) is significant for Extenics
development. In April 2006, he visited the Research Institute of Extenics and
Innovation Methods, GDUT. And then he invited Prof. Cai Wen and Prof. Yang
Chunyan to hold the 11th Extenics annual meeting in Harbin Institute
of Technology in Aug 2006.
After that he introduced how to integrate the Extenics,
Architectural Programming and Data Mining in his research.
Lastly, Prof. Zou mentioned his recently study on Extenics,
AI and Architecture Design in practice and teaching.
The tenth speaker was Academician Tan Jianrong (中国工程院谭建荣院士) and his topic entitled “The Essential
Technologies for Innovative Development of Intelligent Manufacturing (智能制造创新发展的关键技术)”. Acn Tan briefed the industry 4.0,
intelligent manufacturing and China AI 2.0, etc.
He introduced different core technology in intelligent manufacturing
and digital workshop such as robotics, AI, digitalization, digital lead and
quality engineering. Finally, 10 key technologies of smart product were stated
in five dimensions and they were self-induction (自感應), self-adaptive (自適應), self-learning (自學習), self-determination (自決策) and knowledge database (知識庫).
The eleventh speaker was Prof. Zhao Yanwei (浙江工业大学赵燕伟教授) and her presentation topic named “Research
on Extension Intelligent Design (产品低碳设计冲突问题可拓智能求解方法)”. Firstly, she briefed extension
intelligent design through knowledge modelling, searching, classification and
application.
In the same time, contradiction problems raised from design
could be solved using Extenics. The extension intelligent coordination strategy
was proposed for complex design. Finally, she demonstrated some projects employed
extension intelligent design.
The twelfth speaker was Prof. Tian Yingjie (中国科学院大学经济与管理学院副院长田英杰教授) and his report topic was “Application
of Extenics in Artificial Intelligence (可拓学在人工智能中的应用)”. He introduce his new books for
medical big data and machine learning in 2023.
Prof. Tian demonstrated the application on Coronary Artery
Identification and also introduced his study on extension data mining on
students results at the end.
Dr. Aaron Tong (优质管理顾问有限公司董事总经理唐伟国博士) was the thirteenth speaker and his
presentation topic named “Extension Minus Quality Assurance (可拓减法质量保证)”. In the beginning, Dr. Tong explained
plus and minus manufacturing, as well as, high quality development.
Then Dr. Tong showed the common contradiction between quality
and money in manufacturers. He said it need not trade-off either time, quality
and money through the transformation from plus QA to minus QA.
At the end, he can reduce the delivery time, quality problem
and cost.
Prof. Li Xingsen (广东工业大学可拓学与创新方法研究所所长李兴森教授) was the last speaker and his
presentation title was “Extension Strategies Generation for Solving Complex Contradiction
Problems (复杂矛盾问题求解的可拓策略生成)”. He gave overview of Extenics and Extension Innovation
Method.
Then he described the characteristics of double helix pattern
on extension strategic intelligence.
Lastly, Prof. Li concluded 9 levels of problem solving.
Day 1 had finished. Then we went back to hotel for dinner and
then to continue our Extenics Society Committee Meeting.
