In the beginning, Mr. Kwok Ming Cheung gave an introduction of this dinner and explained health environment and low carbon food.
Mr. K. S. Wong (黃錦星) (Secretary for the Environment, HKSAR Government) was invited to give a speech and present certificates to the winners of the low carbon cooking competition.

I got this golden opportunity to communicate with Mr. Wong and mentioned the Phase III of Science Park was focused on Green Technology. Hopefully, Mr. Wong supported more on environmental industry. Then we took a photo for memory.

A game about food and weather was performed.
Winners included Ms.Pak Wan-kam 白韻琴(白姐姐); and Mr. Tse Wai-chun 謝偉俊(阿Paul) was also invited to take a photo together. Some Legislative Council Members were also joined this dinner.
