Meeting My Old Colleague Mr. Gallen Leung in PolyU

 I was happy to meet Mr. Gallen Leung (Former Assistant Director, Entrepreneurship, Incubation & Acceleration Programmes, HKSTP) in the PolyU canteen this evening before my lecture on Ethics of Computing. He helped me to connect HKSTP related staff for giving talk to my COMP colleage last year. Now he served in Alibaba Cloud. We will have many chances to cooperate.

I remembered I linked up Incubation team especially IncuAPP to CityU APPs Lab in 2014. Gallen was responded lead on IncuAPP.

Then he represented Incubation Program to support QS unit initiated Quality Startup Scheme with HKQAA, InvestHK, EMSD, etc.

Now he served in Alibaba. I had visited Alibaba HK through HKSQ in 2014.

In 2019 (before COVID), I visited Alibaba headquarter and also visited Alibaba Quantum Laboratory.

I am looking forward to cooperate with Gallen in near future.
