Extension Innovation Sharing Session (可拓创新分享会)

I was honor to be invited by Prof. Zhang Lingling (张玲玲) to share my study in the 30^th Extension Innovation Sharing Session on 6^th Oct 2021. This sharing session has held every Wednesday night to sharing different extenics study through Voov meeting.

Since I am one of responsible person under international cooperation issue group so that I will share my studies through different international conference including ANQ Congress and World Summit for Chinese Quality (WSCQ), etc.

My topic shared on this session named “Introduction to Extension Business Innovation Model”. It is combining extension innovation method into business model canvas for startup or industry strategic use.

Firstly, I explained business model canvas (BMC) using CityU degree programme as example.

Then integrated METS cycle inside the BMC interlinked blocks.

After that overall model named “Extension Business Innovation Model (ExBIM)” was formed.

Lastly, I quoted Prof. Cai Wen (蔡文) statement to encourage all to promote and establish Extenics together.

At the end, I shared my experience on studying Extenics during Q&A session.
