HKSTP & HKQAA Meeting for Quality Startups Registration Scheme 2017

HKSTP and HKQAA had a revitalization of Quality Startups Registration Scheme meeting on 23 May 2017.  Adopting of the implementation experience in last year, we would like to enhance our scheme to assist startup growth in Science Park.  Team members took a group photo for memory.

Firstly, we reviewed the scheme background and updated the current situations.  The scheme launched on 13 May 2016 and our MOU signed since 24 Mar 2015.  HKQAA Symposium invited Mr Nicholas W. Yang, JP, Secretary for Innovation and Technology, the Government of the HKSAR, to be officiating guest of the kickoff ceremony, indicating that scheme was supported by Hong Kong Government.

Both HKQAA and HKSTP joined to provide workshops last year.  We would consider providing one to one coaching service from HKQAA and networking mingle to support our incubatees.  HKSTP considered that HKQAA as the third party assurance our incubatees’ quality in management perspective.  We hope it could enhance our incubatees to be recognized by industry.
