Lunch with Prof. Philip Chan for ANQ Congress 2019

Dr. KS Chin and I were honor to be invited by Ir. Prof. Philip Chan (Postdoc Advisor, Chinese Academy of Governance (國家行政學院), Stanford Univerity, UC Berkeley & California State University Monterey Bay) to have lunch for discussing the coming ANQ Congress issue. 

We appreciated Prof. Chan send his postdoc students to participate ANQ Congress since 2014.  Then I briefed the coming ANQ Congress 2019 scope and it would be held in Bangkok, Thailand from 21^st to 24^th October 2019.  The summary of each ANQ Congress and coming Congress information is recorded in my blog at https://qualityalchemist.blogspot.com/2019/01/anq-congress-2019-bangkok-thailand.html .

Then Prof. Philip Chan introduced his article issued in “Top China” Magazine to us. The article entitled “Based on the development trend of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, to realize a new Silicon Valley Chinese dream” (立足粵港澳發展趨勢, 打造新硅谷中國夢).

We thanks Prof. Philip Chan’s hospitality and gift – pen from Diaoyutai State Guesthouse.
