HKSQ Dinner with Ms. Jane Seddon (PMI)

I met Ms. Jane Seddon (Chairman, Process Management International (PMI)) since 2003/4 in Asia Network for Quality (ANQ) Congresses included ANQ 2012 in Hong Kong. We met again in the International Conference on Quality (ICQ) 2014 in Tokyo, Japan from 19 to 22 October 2014. I am happy to know Jane and her husband Norman would be in Vietnam and Cambodia for a holiday and transiting in Hong Kong to Ho Chi Minh City. Therefore, we arranged a HKSQ networking dinner to meet Jane and exchange quality ideas tonight (5 Nov 2014).

We booked the Festival China Restaurant for Chinese style food in the Festival Walk, Kowloon Tong and took a photo for memory.

After Jane introduction, we knew PMI related to Dr. Deming to promote process improvement. PMI has been at the forefront of business improvement consultancy and training since 1984. The founder worked with Dr. Deming to service UK customers in that time and PMI was endorsed by Dr. Deming.

They are very happy to cut the Beijing Roast Duck! (It looks like Chinese wedding cake.)
