HKSQ Online Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) using Zoom

HKSQ Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) was held on 27^th Jun 2020.  It is our first time to perform EGM using Zoom.  The meeting aimed to change the Memorandum of Association (MoA) in HKSQ.

In the beginning, we used some time for participants registered.  We had 19 proxy forms and 9 members attended so that the EGM is valid.

Finally, we took a group photo under Zoom screen.

After the meeting, I have an idea that our future seminar could be performed both online and offline if technology support is available.
