CityU's Engineering Doctorate (Engineering Management) Programme 2012

The programme aims to provide an integrated curriculum of theory, practice and research to develop professionals' innovative thinking and capabilities in the application of knowledge to solve strategic important problems in industry. I participated the EngD (EM) programme in 2005 and graduated in 2010. I would like to share some information below.

Programme Structure:
Number of Credit Units Required for the Award: 72 Credit Units
Taught component: 6 required and 4 elective courses, 24 Credit Units
Research component: a thesis with normal duration of 3 years, 48 credit Units

Total Duration of Study:
Normal: 4 years
Maximum: 6 years

The application deadline is 30 April 2012.
