The
Extension Innovation Method training course for Trainer Level 2 (可拓創新培訓師培訓班二級) was organized by Extenics
Company (可拓學公司) in
Guangzhou from 7 to 9 Apr 2017. Minda
and I had joined the training again. We
took a group photo for memory.

Day 1 (7 Apr 2017) (Friday)
In the
beginning, Prof. Cai Wen (蔡文) gave a welcome speech and explained the purpose of this
train-the-trainer course. Then we
introduced ourselves.
I
introduced the work in Hong Kong included seminar in universities and
professional bodies as well as articles that I wrote 5 articles related to
Extenics and Quality which published every Friday in “am730” newspaper. My first article named “Extension
Quality (可拓品質量)”
on 31 Mar 2017.
After
that Prof. Cai Wen explained the whole course structure of Extension Innovation
Method Training from Level 1 to Level 5 as following table.
Starting
the training, Prof. Cai Wen (Father of Extenics) reviewed the level 1 contents
included Basic-element Theory and Extensible Analysis through Divergence (發散樹), as well as Extension
Innovation Four Step method.
Then he introduced
the Compound Element (複合元) to establish the Model.
Prof.
Yang Chunyan (楊春燕) discussed with us about our exercise.
Minda
and I performed the exercise and established our own model using compound
element.
(We are
spouse Relation-element.)
Then曲家彬 and曲鵬 also performed another exercise
for relation-element using compound element. (They are Father and Son
Relation-element.)
Finally,
Prof. Cai Wen concluded that there were seven types of compound-elements among
matter-element, affair-element and relation-element. He also mentioned the parametric
basic-element (參變量基元).
The
afternoon session, Prof. Cai Wen explained the principle of Conjugate Analysis
(共軛分析原理).
There
are four pairs of conjugate and showed as follows:
i)
Physical: Nonmaterial Part (虛部) and Material Part (實部)
ii)
Systematic: Soft Part (軟部) and Hard Part(硬部)
iii)
Latent Part (潛部) and Apparent Part (顯部)
iv)
Negative Part (負部) and Positive Part (正部)
I also practiced
my Conjugate analysis knowledge again.
Day 2 (8 Apr 2017) (Saturday)
Prof.
Yang Chunyan (楊春燕) was responsible for the day 2 training. Firstly, she briefed the day 1 content and
Extension Innovation Four Step method (可拓創新四步法) from Model (建模) to Extension (拓展) to Transformation (變換) and then to Selection (選擇).
Then she
taught the new topic named “Correlative (相關網)”. It related to relation-element. There are three types of correlative and shown
as follows:
i)
Same Object and Different Characteristic Relation
ii)
Different Object and Same Characteristic Relation
iii)
Different Object and Different Characteristic Relation
Prof.
Yang showed the transparent tea bottle as example to explain how the material
and transparency degree relationship. After
we did some exercises, Prof. Yang asked us to think about Correlative. What would be happened if we changed the
value? Could we establish a new
correlation?
During
the break, we discussed the topic continuously.
Another
topic named “Implication (蘊含系)” was introduced. If B1 exist,
then B2 exist. So B1 implicates B2 (B1 => B2). It is cause and effect relationship.
Implication
types included Affair Implication, Target Implication, Need Implication,
Transformation Implication and Question Implication, etc.
Finally,
Prof. Yang Chunyan explained the application of “Implication” which was
suitable for the First Creative Method (第一創造法) and the Third Creative Method (第二創造法). She also briefed the “Opening-up (分合鏈)”.
At the
end, Prof. Yang further explained the relation among Correlative (相關網), Implication (蘊含系) and their Conductive Effect (傳導效應). We all needed to practice them using the following
table at night and discussed in next day!
Day 3 (9 Apr 2017) (Sunday)
In the beginning,
Prof. Cai Wen explained the last step of Extension Innovation Four Step method –
Selection (選擇). The method named Superiority
Evaluation Method.
Firstly,
we needed to establish the Program Model and defined the weight coefficient. And then the evaluation by the indispensable
indicator should be performed. After
that dependent function should be established and calculating the
superiority. Finally, the scheme with
higher superiority was selected.
Then
Prof. Cai Wen discussed the Contradiction Problem in which separated into Incompatible
Problem and Antithetical Problem.
Prof.
Cai Wen explained the human history was a history of contradiction problem
solving. In the first industry
revolution, machine was the extension of our arm. Then the second industry revolution was the extension
of our leg, ear and eye. Then computer
was the extension of part of our brain functions. The coming revolution would be the extension
of intelligence!
In afternoon,
we shared our results and discussed together.
The first speaker was Minda and her product was warming slippers.
I was
the second presenter and my topic was walking stick.
Then Prof.
Xingsen Li (李興森) led the discussion. I took a
photo with judges.
Other
classmates were also briefed their product and ideas.
After that Prof. Xingsen Li gave the closing comments.
Finally,
Prof. Cai Wen summarized three days training and concluded that we needed to
establish the China original science together.
At the
end, Mr. Yin Hanfan (鄞漢藩) (Secretary-General, Shenzhen Intellectual Property Society) presented
the Level 1 certificate to classmates who completed the evaluation.
