ANQ-CEC and Pre-WACQ Meeting & Dinner 2016

The Asian Network for Quality, Certification and Examination Centre (ANQ-CEC) meeting and World Alliance for Chinese Quality (Pre-WACQ) meeting held on 19 Sep 2016 before the ANQ Congress 2016 in the Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU).  I took a photo with Dr. KS Chin in front of FEFU.

We reached the conference hall for ANQ-CEC meeting

In the beginning, Mr. Kenneth Leung (Chair, ANQ-CEC) briefed the progress of the Quality Engineer certification program for ANQ CQE.  Dr. KS Chin was HKSQ representative for ANQ-CEC and he responsible for exam question review.

Thailand representative Prof. Phulporn Saengbangpia (Honary Advisor, SQAT) feedback Thailand Engineers might not be affordable for the certification fee.

During the break, we took a group photo together.

Then China representatives joined the meeting.  

Ms. Wang Lilin (王麗林) and Mr. Wang (王海濤) introduced themselves before starting the meeting.

After the ANQ-CEC and before the Pre-WACQ meeting, we had some timeslot.  We visited the FEFU campus and saw video showed Russia President – Mr. Vladimir Putin visited FEFU.

The conference hall was for ANQ 2016.

We had a tea break again.

Then we started the World Alliance for Chinese Quality (Pre-WACQ) meeting with SQI & SAQT representatives.  Since CSQ representatives flight arrangement, they were missed this meeting.

Ms. Wang Lilin (王麗林) briefed the previous meeting minutes and discussed the remaining issue.  HKSQ was responsible to propose new design on the WACQ logo.  Ms. Wang suggested we could initiate more event sharing and informed each members of WACQ regularly.

Then we went to the restaurant for meeting dinner and passed the Library.

Dr. Yury Gusakov represented ROQ to welcome us to attend ANQ 2016 in Vladivostok, Russia. 

He told us the practice in Russia that giving a speech before drink Vodka.

Then we took a photo in each table.

And toasted to each society.
