Pre-ANQ Congress Preparation

Two days before ANQ Congress, we went to the venue for many preparation work. I would like to share some of HKSQ on-site works during ANQ Congress preparation on 30 - 31 July 2012 below. Firstly, we discussed the poster stands location and arrangement.

After I set all signage stands in the right location, HKUST students helped to post the signages.

Dr. KS Chin (Chairman of the Congress Program Committee) and I (Chairman of the Congress General Committee) posted the posters with the congress information.

Dr. Andy Wong and Mr. Peter Fung (HKSQ ex-co members) assisted to adjust the poster stands.

The workers set the large backdrop. Step 1 was set the wood structure and the step 2 was posted the backdrop on the structure.

It succeed to install the backdrop and looked beautiful.

Our congress bag production line was operated.

Dr. KS Chin briefed the MCs and rehearsal the program with them.

We put 100x congress bag to YMCA Hotel for Welcome Reception & Registration through Dr. KS Chin's Car.

For security of the venue arrangement, Minda and I booked an apartment in HKUST.
