It was a long way to go to Thai Ceramic Company. During the traffic, we introduced with each other and Mr. Bala Ram Shrestha was singing Nepal fork song.
After arrived, Thai Ceramic staffs had presented the schedule and introduced their company background to us. It showed the success of TQM implementation during economy crisis in 1998.
Then we enjoyed the tea time.
After visited the factory, they shared their C-Leader program and result to us.
After presented souvenir, we took a group photo for memory.
