TQM Kaz 2011 – Day Three

On day 3 of TQM Kaz 2011, it called open air session for Tie-free meeting. We went to Ak Bulak (Zailiysk Alatau Foothills, Talgar).

We gathered in Hotel and started at 8:30am.


We arrived at the Ak Bulak Assorti.


The beautiful Assorti was seen.


We had light lunch in the Assorti. Prof. Azat gave announcement about this trip.

Mrs. Abdrakhmanov and Prof. Azat Abdrakhmanov got the diploma which signed from all his staff.


I took a photo with the winner of The Best Quality Manager 2011.


Then we went to the hill through the cable car.



It was a beautiful place.


Then we would go to the top of hill at 3000 meters height through cableway.


Because of heavy rain in yesterday, the equipment needed to maintenance and check before operation. The participants sing a traditional song and played some games.


We started the cableway and I took a photo of previous cable chair.


We saw fog during uphill. It was very low visibility.


Prof. Azat went to the pavilion and waiting for us.

We had drink Brandy and Vodka, and then we had thematic discussion at 3000 meters. Prof. Azat said it was the top of quality.


It was very cool and I took a photo before went back.


Cableway descent


There were different weather between uphill and downhill.


After that we were going to Picnic.


Food had prepared.


Some discussions with participants were performed. Moreover, every participant needed to sing a song which represented their location. In Kazakhstan, there were separated into four places from East, South, West and North.


We had sung our national sing. We met a Chinese Mr. Wong (Left second) and he was a staff in China trading company. Mr. Wong led us to sing a song and translated the Kazakhstan language to Chinese for us.


Before return to Almaty, we were appreciated for Prof. Azat excellence forum and arrangement.
